I hope you had a great day! Here is my mini blog where i go through todays training or workout and give you some info on how my day went.

I started the day with a short run, there was a huge storm in Ireland so i didnt run a lot. I was fast to go for the run as soon as the weather calmed down a bit but i didnt want to stay to long so it wouldn’t change again for the worse

Later I worked on my youtube channel
