QuadrigaCX Exchange Exit scam ?! New evidence shows "Lost" LTC moving
Quadrigacx announced they lost access to $137 Million worth of user crypto funds due to the death of their CEO. Evidence is surfacing that this supposed "lost" crypto is being moved and the CEO may not really be dead.

The fact that many continue to measure the bear market length is just pointing that there is still some ways to go.  We have yet to see capitulation of many of the weaker projects like NEM which are supposedly a month away from running out of funds.  This is when the signal of a bottom would start.
