My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2020

Sorry for the graphic image. This is what I have been exercising on for the past week or so though.

What started out as a little fall off a moving tailer has turned into something much more significant.  I am not sure how it got infected as I was very careful about tending to it.

I am now on oral antibiotics and I am getting a prescription filled tomorrow for a antibiotic cream to apply to it.  I hope it helps with the pain. At times it is unbearable.

It hasn't kept me from grinding out my walks though. In fact, today I did a full three mile aerobic walk. It was pretty intense and I have lost that much sweat in a while.
