The chicken soup after mashing the vegetables because the children than dont know this special mama chickens soup without vegetables. For the chicken counts that its first cooked separately and then added for our children except our daughter because he does not eat meat!

I choose penne for tonights dish, and minced meat for the sauce.
I have Basil in My kitchen for the final touch.

We had a bean soup.... it sort of became a creation. I poured beans into pressure cooker... added enough water... then started digging through the refrigerator bin.. onions, tomatoes chopped and tossed in... then out to the garden to cut katuk, lemon grass root and oregano leaves. Tossed those into pot... added garlic( powder and fresh minced) , onion powder, black pepper, paprika and turmeric ground up... tossed in some fresh dug up sweet potatoes (dug up in the morning and sliced and pan fried first).... added remaining contents of a emergency food pouch of creamy potato soup.... gave it a stir... sealed and heated to pressure. It was delicious and still some for tomorrow lunch. Goodnight!
