About how we moved to the base. What should be the right room of recreation base!? Discussion with @bugavi

Hello everyone, today I wanted to talk about recreation base and living conditions in them. So,
what should be the right hotel room!?
Basic:
• cozy
• convenient
• warm
• modern
• comfortable
• clean

I very rigorously and seriously deal with the issue of choosing a place of residence. If the room in which we settle will not suit me, then the rest will be wasted.
For me it is very important to see the room, the environment, the staff, the place where it is and so on.

This time I'm talking specifically about the village Lebedivka. This is a resort town and basically there are only bases of rest, and locals are not here. Someone can only come to sell products from neighboring places. There are more than 20 recreation base here. But as for me, comfortably made for living only 3 of them. All other bases are a terrible.

You know that we rested with tents, and in the last three days settled on the base "Fortune", by the way, one of those three normal bases.

When we settled in hotels, I always found some disadvantages. This time I did not find. The room was so thought-out, in one style and cozy that I was delighted. You just take a look: this room is completely decorated with a tree, (because there is very warm). 
And look at the floor, it is made under a tree, in fact it is a tile.

I wanted to draw your attention to the grid of mosquitoes, which is fastened by magnets. So here is a very important part at sea. It would be extremely uncomfortable if the insects were flying and we were flushed with the face, the ears nose. By the way, when we lived in tents, it was.
