**Introduction:**
With the internet-user base increasing every day, because especially the younger generation are joining the internet era, the online advertisement industry is one of the biggest and most profitable industries in the world. Currently,  Google Adword is having a monopoly position. Advertisers need to pay quite huge amounts of money to promote their product and to protect their brand, while the consumers are not earning any money for sharing their data, using social logins. A currently ongoing project called "Thrive" wants to revolutionize the online advertising model, by building a premium decentralized ad marketplace based on the blockchain. Thrive aims to offer a marketplace to buy and sell advertising at very low fees and by the same time, consumers are getting paid for data sharing and reviewing the quality of websites. Thrives goal is to built a better internet with offering the users to take back the control of the internet. 

**How Thrive works:**
Thrive is building a premium decentralized advertisement marketplace, which is based on the blockchain technology and smart contracts. This allows not only data security and transaction safety, but also full transparency. Thanks to the smart contracts, advertisers and publishers can be connected without the need of costly third parties, which will result in lower fees. By participating on the marketplace, consumers, who share their data can for the first time get rewarded passively. Also by participating actively on the marketplace through website reviews, users can earn additional rewards, which at the same time also secures premium advertisement and a meritocratic reputation.

**THRT-Tokens:**
Thrive tokens will be the official cryptocurrency in the Thrive ecosystem. The token is based on the Ethereum blockchain and are ERC-20 compatible. When Thrive will go live, the token will be exchanged for Thrive Coins. Thrive Coins will then be used for buying and selling advertisement, as well as getting rewards for data sharing and reviews of websites. 

**Here are some more information about the upcoming token sale:**
- Public sale will last from Mar,10 2018 until Apr,05 2018
- Hardcap is 25.000.000€
- In the Pre-Sale Thrive could collect over 8.100.000€ and secured their softcap goal
- The total token supply is 200.000.000 THRT + Bonus
- Payment methods for contributin are BTC, ETH and LTC
- Unsold tokens are burned

**Roadmap:**
The whole project idea about Thrive started in early 2017. Since then the team has developed their website, prepared the whitepaper, build an ethereum smart contract and successfully have done their private token sale in january 2018. Currently the team is doing preparations for the upcoming public token sale. In the short term we can expect the Thrive BC Alpha testing release and the ad platform development. This is the team behind the Thrive project. Sorry that the picture is quite small and hard to read. If you want to know details about the team members, simply head to their official website, then you can check out every linkedin profile of each team member. Summarizing the team shortly one can say that Thrive has quite a big team with a wide range of knowledge. They have experts in every important market field, ranging from great leaders, blockchain specialists, IT knowledge, marketing and PR experts as well as good consultants and designers.

**My Opinion:**
In my opinion the Trive project looks very promising. As the internet users are growing day by day and online advertisement revenues are increasing, the online advertisement market is one of the most promising fields to invest. For me personally, not only the project idea is great, but also the  experienced and motivated team will make the project successful. As the project already have raised over 10 million USD in their pre-sale and their public sale will start soon, I strongly believe, that Thrive will reach its hardcap in a very short amount of time. After that I'm also very excited already to see how the project will develop, especially since the team already has developed a working demo version. In conclusion I think that Thrive is one of the most promising blockchain projects out there in 2018, which for sure will be successful.
