TFT - Back to Poppy...

Slowly climbing up the ranks in TFT.  And I'm back to playing Poppy builds.  Not sure why I like playing them but I've found it fairly consistent for hitting top 4 and real easy to add in Karthus in the late game to push you over the top.  I have a few options with the build, aim for 4 knights, 2 guardians and then can fill out the build with a splash of glacial, ranger.  If you are feeling real dangerous you can go deep and try to hit 6 nobles.

I've had good luck with Poppy get all the items but really any tank would do.  Add a Thornmail and Dragon's claw, then buff with guardians and you should be good to go.  Depending on how your items go, it's pretty easy to make a statik shiv to add to a ranger or a late game mana item for Karthus.

The meta is pretty diverse right now so being flexible helps me get into top 4 more frequently.  I just hit Gold IV after my last game.  A ways to climb yet but hopefully my strategy will continue to propel me upwards!

P.S. Karthus is just stupid strong right now

I find it fun and relaxing.  Not a super intense game while still being competitive.

Fell out of plat yesterday. Going to try and grind back before end of season. Been too busy to play :( Soon can earn rewards for playing TFT on Engage though!
