I haven’t eaten the seafood for a long time because it is forbidden to fish in summer . Today , I went to the supermarket after work and saw Dandong clams . the price is not high because it is very high a few days ago . it’s nearly 80 yuan kilo. It’s so expensive that I wouldn’t like to buy it , but now it’s only 40 yuan a kilo . so I bought some home and prepare to cook the frying clams.

You must be pay attention to the tips. 
avoid eating vegetables such as water spinach and cucumbers. Also do not eat watermelon, pear and other cold fruit, so as not to cause physical discomfort.

由于过了5月份，大连就开始封海，所以海鲜卖的都是特别贵，有好久买吃蚬子了。今天到市场上转一圈，看丹东黄蚬子的价格比前段时间降了不少， 前几天一斤都40呢，那可是够贵的， 今天问了一下，20一斤，这对于我这个吃货来说，还是可以承受的，于是便买了30元的黄蚬子，今天的晚餐就是爆炒丹东黄蚬子了！

说起丹东黄蚬子，百度上这样说的：

黄蚬子竟然有这么多好处，那可是多吃一些。下面就跟大家分享一下我做的爆炒丹东黄蚬子吧.

材料： 
黄蚬子
西红柿
胡萝卜
辣椒
大蒜
姜 
花椒粒
醋
糖 
酱油

做法： 
将黄蚬子放到盆里， 然后放点盐，加水制造海水的环境，让它泡一会儿， 吐净泥沙。
这时候将胡萝卜，青椒，西红柿切成块或者是片，大蒜切片， 姜切成丝。

将黄蚬子洗净。

炒锅内放油，放入花椒粒爆锅。放入胡萝卜，西红柿翻炒一下，然后放入蚬子，翻炒，放入醋，糖，少许盐，蚬子张开嘴就证明好了。在翻炒的时候， 放入尖椒，蚬子壳张开后，立马盛到盘子里。 

这样各大，肥美的炒黄蚬子就做成了。 家里做的要比饭店实惠多了，这样一盘蚬子， 饭店里至少也要50元，因此喜欢吃的朋友们，还是自己动手做好些。

需要注意的是：

黄蚬子本属凉性食物，因此吃的时候，避免吃空心菜，黄瓜之类的蔬菜。也不要吃西瓜，梨等寒性水果，以免造成身体上的不舒服。 

男人们吃黄蚬子的时候，最好不要喝啤酒，因为吃海鲜喝啤酒，会产生过多的尿酸，从而容易引发痛风。

所以尽管黄蚬子很美味， 但吃的时候，还是要注意的哦！
