I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balalnce between health, work and my personal life... </b></center> <hr> <p>I plan to make a weekly roundup each sunday from now on an also look forward to the week ahead setting some new short term goals.</p> <p>One of the good things about setting objectives on a smaller time frame is that it imporves the intensity and motivation. The bad side is that once something fails, it's very easy to fall in the trap of waiting for the next week to start to get it all going again.</p> <p>The main things I wanted to achieve were continue to eat plant based and getting more active again while staying away from distractions. I also wanted to move my upvote support group initiative forward.</p> <p>How did it go ? Overall quite good actually, I went on morning runs 6 out of the 7 days, ate healthy aside from a couple chocolate waffles in the last 2 days and did a 5 day No Porn / No Fap streak. The effort I need to do to get there does not seem that big since I'm already able to eat properly and would just need to increase the work out intencity a bit. I will increase my daily reps to 250 this week and when go on a morning run I will always at least do 1km extra. Something I will also do is look more things up about working out and ways to increase the results.</p> <p>The NoFap / No Porn will likely take some time to fully overcome and I will start another week of this. I will also continue my plant based diet and keeping a streak of not eating any potato chips works. I might do the same for other temptations (mostly dark chocolate) if needed.</p> <p>The new football betting season is about to start and I still have to get in gear. Sports betting has been on auto pilot these past 100+ days which simply is not good enough. The start of the league should bring a much more stable routine back with a lot more focus. My aim is to have the @upvoteshares project started by the end of this week.
