<p>Day 121 was one of those days where I did not really feel like doing much until late in the afternoon. Having planned to make a long Terms & Conditions post for my Upvote Shares project here on steemit but procrastinating this to the late afternoon had me staying up late to finish it. These kind of posts take a long time to make but I'm quite pleased with the result [<a href="https://steemit.com/steemit/@upvoteshares/upvote-shares-or-terms-and-conditions">Upvote Shares | Terms & Conditions</a>] and the project is now really ready to be taken to the next step. <p>No moring run but I completed my 250 daily reps and did another evening walk. I have really started to enjoy those and they are way better than spending the enening on my couch watching some tv. I haven't been all that active socially lately but this will change soon. it's one of those transition periods in the year where I soon get in a stable routine again once the new soccer season starts.</p>

One of the things I am going to add to my daily checklist is avoiding dark chocolate. It is one of those things that I see no harm in when it's eaten in small portions. I do have a tendency to buy a pack with 3 bars (see below) and eat the all in a day (read hour). It is something in a way similar to the potato chips and keeping track of a streak of days without will make it quite easy to resist. The Nofap streak came to an end which I don't mind because it was without watching porn. Getting this all into some balance is what it is about.
