The clients on the site pay/tip you in tokens. The least amount of tokens you are able to tip someone is 10 tokens. Most guys just buy their tokens to tip the models on the site. Those of us that get tipped, get 70% of what the tokens are worth. The site takes the other 30% and they do this automatically once you get tipped, so there is no confusion when employee's of the site go to check what their balance is in USD. **What you see on your screen under the tokens tab is what you get or are at.**

Above is a photo to show you what the screen I'm talking about looks like. I'm currently sitting at 0 tokens and so $0.00 as I just cashed out yesterday and haven't been online since. Cash out is every Saturday at 12 AM (US time)... which works out to 10 PM my time here in central Canada. Once you've hit cash out, the funds get sent to you no later than the following Friday. You can get paid by **direct deposit, Paxum, or by cheque.** I find direct deposit more convenient and faster than the other two options. Now many may worry... well how does this all work, when it shows up in the bank system... what does it say exactly as to where the money is coming from? The answer to that is as follows; when you get a payment from the site, it shows up in your email and everywhere else that you got paid from a company called Hire Now Incorporations. Your name shows up as a contracted worker for the industry.  So in no way does it ever get back to anyone that you're an internet model, unless of course.. you happen to tell someone. 

So what exactly is in it for me? You may ask. 

Well, you know how the site takes 30% of your earnings automatically? With every model I refer to this site, using my referral link.. I earn 10% of that 30% that the site takes. So in the end, the site only ends up taking 20%, giving me an extra 10% bonus each time you earn and cash out tokens. So to be clear... I don't take any of your earnings. Like I said what you see on your screen is what you get. I just get 10% of what the site makes off their models. By using my link, you help your fellow model/agent out as compared to signing up for the site using just the regular web address. No matter which way you decide to sign up for this site, you are still going to be losing that 30% revenue. Midas well help your fellow models out. At least that's the way I see it.
