Love yourself - Day 18 of 30

Day 18 - So bit of a busy day out an about but still managed to repeat my 'I love myself mantra' a lot.

I was trying to keep this mantra just playing away in the back of my head no matter what I was doing. Even if I didn't feel it or have any particular energy attached to it my goal was just to keep it in my head.

Today though I felt quite a bit of anger and frustration. I think I can put it down to certain things that happened over the last couple of days and I was in a bit of a grump when it came to trying to feel like I loved myself. So for a lot of the time today I was just saying my mantra while I was not in a good mood but that was absolutely good enough for me.

People say repitition is so key in changing the brain that I'm just going to keep myself on repeat this whole year and just keep drumming in how I want to be as a person so that my mind will just adapt to being this way. Well that's the overall plan amongst other things to help with my personal and spiritual growth.

I am about to do the mirror and music mediatation exercises as I didn't fit them into my day in some way which I was hoping to.

Anyway I think overall I'm feeling a bit lighter as if there are very subtle changes. It's hard to know for sure but I definetly know it's not being detrimental to me so I carry on!
