Otras personas cometen el pequeño gran error de cocinarlo  en agua antes de sofreírlo y eso distorsiona por completo su sabor. Así que sin más preámbulo comencemos la receta y manos a las ollas.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Lo primero que hacemos es picar o trocear  el pollo pero debemos hacerle una pequeña abertura con el cuchillo en las partes más gruesas del muslo y piezas con más carne para que penetre el calor, lo dejamos un rato sumergido en vinagre para eliminar cualquier germen o bacteria. Luego lo lavamos muy bien y dejamos escurrir. Seguidamente preparamos el aderezo con ajo en polvo, curry, sal y pimienta, untamos el pollo con el aderezo y dejamos esto por un buen rato para que se impregne el sabor.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Sinceramente les digo que este pollo es demasiado bueno, si lo sofríes en abundante aceite y que este bien caliente no queda con ningún exceso de grasa, también me gusta sofreírlo un poco antes de la hora del almuerzo ya que su sabor se intensifica con las horas.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Este pollo lo aprendí hacer hace unos 5 años, gracias a mi amiga Arelis quien me enseño el truco de hacerle la abertura con el cuchillo y voltearlo varias veces para que cocine por todos lados mientras se fríe. A todos en casa nos encanta y siempre quedamos con ganas de comer más. Me gusta hacerlo en reuniones familiares , para llevarlo de aperitivo al parque o la playa.  Este pollo no tiene perdida así que no dejes de prepararlo a tus seres queridos.***
