Even when Pep Guardiola reached Manchester City, he almost change all the players he find at Manchester City especially the defenders because they don't play his styles. If Jose Morinho see the team that is complete, he may bring good result
Nagging attitude has been part of Morinho since he started managing clubs but since he had good materials then, nobody notice it. Others coaches too have their own bad attitudes but we didn't see it since they still succeeding
