자유로운 발 ~~

# 자유로운 발 ~~ 
천골에 관련된 자료를 찾다 흥미로운 블로그가 있어 포스팅을 읽어 나간다. 

어싱에 관한 이야기가 나온다. 어싱은 땅과의 접촉을 통해 건강을 회복할 수 있다.. 블라블라 그런 내용인데, 

어제 고객님과 맨발로 땅을 밟는 것이 얼마나 행복한 일인가에 대해 대화를 나누고.. 오늘 어싱에 관한 글들을 보고 하니.. 맨말로 맨땅위에서 맘것 뛰어 놀고 싶어졌다. 

어릴 적.. 맨발로 많이 돌아다녔는데. 흙속에 발이 살짝 들어갔다 나왔다. 다양한 감각을 발로 느낀느 행복 재미 날것의 재미 ~~ ㅎㅎ 

발은 본래 손만큼이나 민감하다고 한다. 원주민에 관한 다큐를 보면 돌이며 나무며 위를 맨발로 뛰어다니면서도 상처가 안난다. 그만큼 디테일하게 감각을 느끼고 반응한다. 

양말속으로 신발속으로 숨어 들면서 그 민감함의 즐거움을 잊고 억압되어 버린.. 

괜시리 발에게 미안해 진다. 하루중 대부분 양말없이 맨발로 지내기는 한다. 바닥은 매운 안정적인 바닥이긴 하지만.. 

흙으로 나가서 뛰놀고 싶다. 주변에 그럴 곳이 잇는지 찾아 보고 싶다.
