....... is hard.

This is because sometimes wallowing in self pity can be somewhat satisfying. It doesn’t make it right. If you want to cry, cry it out and stand up strong to face your obstacle head on.

I realized that watching documentaries and listening to motivational speeches help me a lot.

Counting my blessings also keeps me in a grateful frame of mind.
