This picture is from chowking, price range from 65php to 89php with siomai, it may look delicious but everything they cook is processed. Unlike food from your Mother or your Parents, cooking from you parents or relatives are indeed more delicious and more healthier than the processed food.

One thing I do not like about cooking from my parents is that, I do not like sometimes the food, it may have some extra ingredient like okra and stuff, Okra is top most not one of my type vegetables in my eating list. The first on my list is Pizza. I know its sounds of kind of not healthy but there are some pizzas that are made from vegetables or you may eat it in a balanced way, meat and vegetables.

When I first know about processed foods from the factory, I got confused. There are many questions inside my head, "but why is it delicious" I don't know why it is delicious but again sabi nila *"masarap ang bawal"* which is totoo naman diba? I love shrimps and etc, but I am not allowed to eat those kinds of foods. One reason is allergies, you may think about allergies its about itching from the skin. For me no.

Allergies from foods might get you un-stabilized immune system, your system will get weaker and much worse. You will get coughs and colds. The worse thing happened to me was eating a 5 Crabs in a row. Short story I ended up with a high fever in that day afternoon.

Remember kids, do not try seafoods if its on the top of your list.
