Kurukshetra the place of india were the largest battle of indian history is fought. The war of the kurvas and the pandavas. We can reach the kurukshetra city by road on NH-1 which is from delhi to amritsar. The same pipli is situated around 150 km away from delhi and there is the entrance gate of kurukshetra.  There are many places to visit in kurukshetra. Few of them are temples. The bharamsarovar is the famous place. There us about 2500 feet long pond with the depth of 25 feet.  On bharamsarovar a large crowd us gathered in the month if december on the occassion of geeta jayanti.  The another famous place is the tomb of shiekh chilli. The tomb of skeikh chilli is formed about more than 500 years age.  The upper tomb of shiekh chilli is very good looking. It is made up of red marble. And a large green park is present behind it.  Beside this there is the famous university is also present jn kurukshetra.
