Parmigiana: an Italian locale dish

Here in Puglia we have a lot of traditional dishes and even each country has a variant of the same dish. One of the local dishes par excellence is **Parmigiana**!

Parmigiana is a typical dish of my country and consists of layers of fried aubergines stuffed with mozzarella and cooked ham, all covered with sauce. **Di Lernia** is a takeaway that makes the best Parmesan I have eaten.

**Di Lernia** prepares truly generous portions at an economic cost. A portion is able to satiate you like a full lunch and costs only 4 euros.

You can take your food home or even sit in the internal room. Di Lernia prepares many other excellent local dishes such as focaccia stuffed with onions, olives and tuna! I recommend you taste the Parmesan if you are around here!
