Keep pushing - Don't look at dollar price !

I think we shouldn't be that satisfied  with the recent steem price. 

It's more happening because bitcoin price is growing ! 

*I think we should keep pushing hard promoting steem and onboarding people !* 

> We are not there yet ! 

Steem price hit $7 in 2018 ! We need to make it a few dollars again ! Not, cents ! I think that's possible ! 

I remember investing in steem $1000 and I baught only about 300 steem when the price was about $3.5. 

And most investors here who are keep holding their steem power, they invested in steem when it costed a few dollars, not cents ! 

So, let's be real and set a big goal for steem ! 

*I understand that we almost doubled the price recently, but we need more I think. There are investors waiting enough to see much better price. When I see steem doubled, I think that we need to push harder, but not to be satisfied. I keep joining more and more crypto comunities to promote steem. I joined recently LBRY and Uptrennd. I like to see steemians there as well. Let's come with more ideas to onboard the masses. Let's support those who are already invited. We need to keep them here and make them as well promote with us.*

It will take massive growth the get steem above $3 again but I am sure we can do it if we work at it and make this place the kind of place we believe it should be.  

I've started getting excited to interact with more new users and helping them to focus more on engagement and finding their flow here.  I realize that now I have enough power and experience to really convince a lot of them to stay.

The users should support not only the new users, but everyone else.
Unfortunately/sadly only a few people think that anybody should be supported. Many people think about only themselves. And most of the users do struggle. And many of them eventually leave.

We need more users like you. It is good to hear that some people are working on the community part. But the majority of the users are not. They are selfish and greedy. Most of the people are focusing only on their own blog posts, and they do not care about other people's blog posts. Nowadays there are ~ 30 000 posts created daily, but the average number of comments is only about 3. And most of these comments are bot and/or spam (or spam-like) comments. Nowadays the real human interaction is rare on the Steem blockchain. I think that seeing this fact the masses will not stay on the platform. The number of the daily active users is already constantly decreasing since months.

There has always been a lot of crap on steem but I think this is just the result of its attractiveness.  The bidbots have been subdued, the flag wars have calmed down, the circle jerks have lightened up a lot.  Overall I think the place has gotten a lot better.  The only thing that has suffered is commenting and I realize now that the best solution for this is interacting with new members and telling them how important interaction is because they are less jaded. 

A lot of other users who have been here are just tired of steeming so hard and seeing less results than they hoped for when they though steem was going to the moon sooner rather than later, which I think was a naive assumption that many decent people also make

I am totally agree with you. We mustn't see just a single view about steem. We can see just from STeem price. I remember when @xpilar suggest us to keep active and support Steem not just see Steem price. 
I am sure Steem has good future, and not just cents as you said. 
i has follow you on Twitter and I am so glad to know you. With your hard efforts and also the others we can reach good steem price. 
Anyway i this time Steem increase more come from follow the bitcoin price.

It is true that the BTC price and other cryptocurrencies are somewhat related.
That is, when BTC goes up in price it has a positive impact on steem. But it is not alone that causes prices to go up. An investor recently bought 3 million steem :)

yes i see  supply and demand will.influence the price too.
decrease of liquid steem can.be a factor of increase the steem price.
that thr purchase steem in large amount will.give positive impact.

We need more investors anyway. 3 million steem is less that 1 million dollar. I think with all that we have we can make more people buy steem. I want to see steem in the top 30 again just like it was before. I think we can do even better and aim to top 10. :)

Also now it is alot easier to onboard people since the daps are finally easy to use. Early on steem was too complex for most people to bother with.
