Fried crisp pork|炸酥肉

周末有点时间，做了一次炸酥肉，感觉还不错，成品酥脆可口，不过老婆说有点淡，估计是盐放少了一点，整体效果还是不错的。

制作过程：
一、一斤多一点的瘦肉多点肥肉少点的五花肉，洗净沥干，6个土鸡蛋打进去，加少量盐，胡椒粉，本来想加花椒的，不过老婆不喜欢一颗一颗的花椒，于是换为少量花椒油代替，加入豆粉，可以不加水，搅拌均匀待用。

2、控制好油温，加入已经拌好了的五花肉，可以加一块生姜一起炸。

3、炸到金黄色，用筷子感觉一下，脆了就行，外酥里嫩就看这个时候了，沥干多余的油。

4、装盘，炸酥肉新鲜出炉

主要材料：五花肉，土鸡蛋，胡椒粉，花椒油，豆粉，盐
Main materials：Streaky pork，Free range eggs，Pepper，Zanthoxylum oil，Bean flour，salt
