##### <b>Corona COVID-19</b>, the most dangerous Virus which is currently the world is facing, has spread to 205 countries from all the continents.

###### We all know that, India is the <b>Second Most Populous Country</b> in the world.

###### Yet, when it comes to Corona COVID-19 affected cases, India is way below either in total cases or confirmed deaths due to the disease.

I would like to confirm the above statement with regards to some data captured from <a href="https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries">worldometers.info</a> website:

###### Top 5 Most affected countries with regards to confirmed cases:

Clearly USA is way too affected with more than Quarter Million affected cases with smaller countries like Spain and Italy(19 and 33 times smaller respectively in area compared to USA) with almost half of that affected cases.

Interesting thing is, Spain still continues to get new cases (more than 5500 cases in one day) and tops the list of new affected cases, while new cases in USA are just above 2300 but Italy hasn't got many.

###### Deaths in last 24 hours:

As we can see, UK tops the total deaths in last 24 hours followed by Spain(more than 500 in both countries) and Netherlands, Iran and Belgium completes that list with around 150 deaths in each country.

## Corona COVID-19 in India:

India, a neighbor country of China(where Corona Virus first detected) is also among the affected countries, but the situation is not that drastic when we compare it with total deaths in other countries like USA, Italy and China, although India is the <b>IT Hub of the World</b> and people keep visiting other countries including US and China.

#### Indian Statistics of Corona COVID-19:

India is under complete lockdown since March 24<sup>th</sup> until 14<sup>th</sup> April.

Below are the statistics for India as per the release by Indian Government on it's official website mygov.in:

<b>Last couple of days have seen the cases doubled in India with a fear that, the cases will increase because of the affected people who attended a recent mass function in Nizamuddin, Delhi organized by <i>Tablighi Jamat</i> (an Islamic Missionary Movement) have spread across India and Identifying them and the people whom they have met isn't an easy task.</b>

##### We need to respect the orders laid down by Government of India (including the complete lockdown till 14th April) and follow the guidelines provided as those are in the best interest of each and every person.

#### Be Safe and Protect Your Family Members by self lockdown.
