## <center> World photography day </center> # <center>  </center> <center> Soursop (Guanabana corazón blanco) </center> # <div class="text-justify"> A day like today 179 years ago, the French Academy of Sciences unveiled the photographic technique known as daguerreotype, one of the first in the world. It was developed by the French Louis-Jaques-Mandé Daguerre. As a daguerreotype, the first practical photographic technique was chosen to commemorate the World Day of Photography. </div> Doing a little more history: > << According to its official website, the World Photo Day project started in 2009, and the first World Photo Day was held on August 19, 2010. It was described as "an international photography event on August 19 that celebrates the passion for photography in our communities.
