## <center>**Sex Is A Mean Misdemeanor - The More You Miss It The Meaner You Become ...........**.</center>

- Sex. That’s right sex, sex is one of main essential functions of life, in fact, some may argue that sex is THE! Most important function of humanity, I mean, imagine for a moment life without sex – that’s the human race wiped out in fifty years max right!?

***Excuse me whilst I interrupt myself:***


-  Who takes over if the human race does get wiped out, which species then take over, it is a real interesting one to ponder, if the human race gets wiped out that pretty much would be the beginning of the desertification of the planet because all other species on the planet function on a predatory but before they wipe each other out which one of them would have dominance, Im backing the primates myself, they are the most intelligent of the animal kingdom and the brain always beats the muscles.

- Okay , so back to it, yes, I was arguing that is the overarching function of humanity and really I don’t think there are many strong counter arguments to that, so, giving that being the case, what then is our relationship with sex.

- Our relationship with sex of course is often always complex and individual, it is something that we all share in common (no, I don’t mean an orgy, get your mind out of the gutter!) yet it is a topic that people feel uncomfortable discussing, it has that taboo feel to it, but why is this. I have a theory.




- I have often felt that the sense of discomfort / taboo that a lot of people feel towards sex is not so much towards the physical practical process of it, it is the process that leads up to it and when I say process I don’t mean the boy meets girl dating phase, we’ve gone past that, we are past all of the stages and we are at that point where consummation is about to take place and it is at this point that the discomfort / unease etc is at its most heightened and the reason why this point of a relationship is so panic strewn , in my opinion, is for one main reason. Nakedness.

- That’s right, nakedness , I am of the view that one of the reasons why sex is such a stressful endeavour especially when you are doing it for the first time with a partner is because, you have to get naked in front of that person. You have to get naked in front of another person and that in and of itself is a minefield of all manners of insecurities and anxieties.

- First you have to consider the vulnerability of nakedness, human beings are at their most exposed (yes, pun intended and necessary), first there is the issue of body dysmorphia, then you have to give consideration to the other person standing naked in front of you, there is a lot of belly sucking in going on and all that stuff and women of course feel the most uncomfortable with their nakedness all that body image issues and all what not  so really this is one of the key reasons why people feel that crippling sense of discomfort when it comes to matters of sex.

- Really though people needn’t feel this sense of phobia about sex rather they should embrace it (yes, again I am aware of the pun), sex for me is a beautiful thing, as much as people feel this sense anxiety around and about sex weirdly it is one of the things if not THE! Thing that people think of the most, I vaguely recall, and please do not quote me on the numbers because I am going off memory, that most people (or is it most men) think about sex every 10 seconds on average, this certainly stands to reason as far as I am concerned and as far as my thought pattern goes.

- So sex, a mean misdemeanour , a constant thought yet one that we shy away from, I say let’s turn this round and be more at ease with it, to this end I am starting a movement to set sex free.  #liberatesex!
