Everytime my mother tells me to eat I find it not exciting anymore to go and eat my meal. It is because of the awful side-effect of my parathyroid medication as it pulls down my appetite level into zero and it only improves again during dialysis.

That is why I really eat to my heart's delight if I regain my appetite again. But I am making changes in my diet and supplementing it with my protein shake plus some milk into it to make my body get the nutrition that it needs.

I am not worried about phosphorus in my diet because I am using a phosphate binder that somehow diminishes the phosphorus that my body absorbs because too much phosphorus makes my bones weaker. I am also supplementing my diet with calcium so that my bones would not throw much calcium to my system which I think that is the case.

I do not let my health to go downward spiral so I am still carefully with my own willpower to survive, managing it so that I could see the light of another day just for my life goals so I can achieve them, one of my driving force to live my life.
