My mother herself is very keen on going "regular" about her toilet  habits and I am talking about her bowel movements which she often would like to be stress-free and easy because she said that her loins and back side just aches with pains when she does not evacuate in the toilet regularly. So she often would buy some cooking type of bananas, the variety that is often used for frying with some brown sugar.

So my mother would buy some and eat about a couple a day at least so that it can help her with her regular bowel movement. I had witnessed it from my mother that bananas just are a good source of fiber that may well be good for me too even though it is high on potassium so I tried to eat a few this afternoon and lo' and behold, this midnight I just had a good toilet job that is so smooth and so easy it is really amazing what a banana could do to help me with my constipation. So I plan to eat at least not only bananas but some vegetables too because I would definitely get tired of eating bananas everyday.

Having to suffer a constipation is not a good condition. our large intestines may develop ruptures or would make "pockets" and may also cause it to expand so big it will cause more problems like blockage and possibly polyps if not some more serious colon conditions. So I am now just revolutionizing my diet and would eat now some vegetables,not much but just enough and some fruits too that will help me stay regular and avoid straining myself because it is stressful.
