Always do that that work which is good for your health. If this is not good for you then do not use it.

You can use an air cooler and keep the moderate temperature in your room. It will not affect your blood and also won't rise the bills.

I like  you. I think many matches with you

in tropical region it's better to keep our body make adaptation to the environment. so don be upset if you didn't use AC cause Air Conditioner also make global warming worse. 
Anyway without AC your body will make blood circulation well, make some sweat and you just switch on your fan to cool your body, although it's not good for your body too, cause it will make bloating and colds

I am in Wonder to see your post because in my country there is high temperature more than 40 degree Celsius @cryptopie

Our weather now is really hot compared to the weather 25 or 20years ago when the hole in the ozone layer was not yet to big. Because of humidity our temp now reaches up to 47°C & normal room temp is 33°C. Back in the 90s 25°C is the normal room temp. I am happy that you excrete more sweat because of our weather @cryptopie atleast your body fluids goes out as sweat.

It's been hot over here too, though the temperature do not usually exceed 35 degrees Celsius, but it was surprising for me to have rain fall last night.
You don't need the AC just like you've said, since it won't make things much better for your health.  You'll get better, do have a great day

You be surprised to know that the temperature sometimes exceed 40 degrees in my area. However,I do not have an air air conditioner. I just open all the windows for ventilation.  I also turn off the lights in my room 'cause these bulbs begin to produce heat after a while.Maybe you can try that.

@cryptopie do not use AIr conditioning. Because it effect on your bones, use simple or air cooler fan. These are suitable for your health.

I think electric fan is better than AC.
Because,AC need more electricity and which is not good for us..
By the way,global warming is now a common problem over the world.
And you remember that ,you are not only a sufferer..
So that you feel comfortable.............

I agree that not having an AC is a win win situation for you. You save on electricity and your body perspires more toxins out through the skin. Best wishes..

@cryptopie  it will be better you get an air cooling maching e.g fan, air conditiner so it will make the temperature suitable for living
