I am enjoying the hot day now and apparently the weather is changing from wet and rainy into a much colder days. There is no winter here in my place and I am glad that there isn't lest I will be in a terrible situation because we all just prefer hotter weather than cooler ones especially my parents who are old and just are intolerant to cold weather and water for showering.

I like the hot and humid weather, nevermind the bed sheets getting wet with my sweat. Nevermind the icky feel on my skin all the time because I am sweating. Nevermind the feeling of discomfort of the heat of the day because it helps me with my body's extra fluids as it goes out through perspiration.

In cold weather condition my already dry skin gets itchy because of the relatively low humidity although this coming weather condition which is the cold season will also give me a drier skin. So I do not like both but I am just liking the way I let out extra water from my body by means of sweating a lot.

My dream in the future is to just have some place where I could relax and sweat just for the reason of being liberal in my fluid consumption and also that I would go for my dialysis lighter so that there would e not backlog of fluids left out because my nurses are just limiting on how much fluids they would take everytime.

Now I am just stuck to my current weight which is making my life harder. Just imagine have a ton load of extra water in your body. Now I couldn't eat more because if I do I will get filled-up fast with fuids because of course if I would eat I would have to drink. Now I couldn't do a regular eating habit and is just intermittently fasting so that  have the urge to eat before I eat because of my appetite loss issues.

Dialysis patients doesn't have a working kidney anymore, they do not produce urine. Some people could not fathom that reality as peeing really is just natural for them. But for us dialysis patients it is our wild dram to pee again even for some more years.

That is why I do like perspiring and I mean a lot. Thankfully there is a hot and dry season here in my country and it is not only hot but humid. There isn't even a slight breeze of air coming from the air so for some people they are just getting an air-conditioning unit where they could use just to avoid the awful heat.

But I myself is in a different category, I am welcoming the heat so that I could as I said earlier sweat like crazy. It will then make me liberal in my fluid consumption because I am sweating most of it in those hot and humid days. That is why I am dreaming of a sauna room where I can stay there whenever I wanted in cooler days so that I could perspire and help me release some toxins and extra water from my body.
