From an early medium post they are said to be in discussions with exchanges to get listed.

There isn't to much info on this one its pretty straight forward anyway, all we can do is wait to see if they deliver on time, so far they have. If you like gambling and don't like fees this looks to be a good place to start, with your free tokens its worth a shot.
