**Smoothies "The sun in a glass"!**
 

Ingredients:

1 glass of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric


In a blender, whisk all ingredients until smooth. It is recommended to use immediately, to conserve all vitamins and get the maximum benefit.
