Wanting to discuss a little bit about what I have been doing as of late to help manage my mental space. Utilizing journaling and color coding of notes I am able to write down my creative thoughts and easily mark off and highlight goals. Turning my daily thoughts into activities to then work towards completing any goals marking them off as I do at the end of each day I dump my thoughts. All of this helps with reducing the stress of forgotten "things" almost as if just simply freeing my mind of the repeating loops which keep me up at night.

Also talking a little about what I did with my microphone pop filter (sticking towards my face) and the last step needed to finalize it. Using dollar store items to create it for less than $5 I think it works well but need some finishing touches.

- Finish and Post images for Meck Designs

- Finish last 2 organizer shelves for Meck Designs

After fighting with my editing software doing yet another update delaying this post. Then my internet yet again going down after the live stream yesterday. I am now posting this video a day late with intention of recording and posting another for today SMH. I had been hoping to show a little more about what I was working on for this video but pushed to get it up before the live stream, should have just waiting for the clips.... there will be at least some footage in the next video later today 😘
