The Emdrive if it works will open the doors to interplanetary space travel. In addition, it could also be a remarkable investment opportunity. Space travel and space colonization will allow for the global economy to continue to grow for at least another generation. Capital will flow back and forth, along with resources and people, between planets. In addition, terraforming planets will require all sorts of new technologies, including advances in bioengineering, possibly synthetic lifeforms, or the use of genetic engineering to tailor intelligent life to different planets.

Europa is one of the moons of Jupiter. It's rumored that there is water beneath the surface. In face NASA recently announced that there may have been water plumes spotted on Europa. This would be huge and would merit sending a probe.

The Emdrive would make a trip to Europa faster and more efficiently than any other drive. How fast? Instead of it costing years to get to Mars, it would only cost months. And the fuel costs being the main cost for space travel, a propulsionless drive would be much more efficient and cost effective.  Do you think Emdrive is an investment opportunity?

It isn't rumored. If the conditions there are similar enough, then there is liquid under the ice, same as Lake Vostok (and other subglacial lakes) in Antarctica. I worked with glaciologist _Igor Zotikov_, who discovered it, and there are numerous calculations & evidence that show, that [subglacial lakes](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subglacial_lake) are on Europa, and probably elsewhere.

Probably is because in other places it is most likely not water. It is liquid though, and could possibly support life. But this is rumours territory.

I would expect both. I envision a shape shit with AI as the governance, where it's a floating habitat or city which sustains all life for thousands of years while life is transferred from planet to planet. The AI would simply function to make sure intelligent life makes it to other planets.
