从前有一根芦苇长在沼泽地旁，从小到大，她都固执地认为不染世间尘是芦生准则。
她就那样每天在风里看天边日出日落，云卷云舒。

有一天，一只白鹭落在她身旁，白鹭看了看纤瘦的芦苇，怜悯地说:
芦苇，你该飞到天上去，看看这片美丽的大地，而不是十年如一日地站在这里，你这是浪费时间浪费生命。

芦苇摇了摇头，并没有说话。

白鹭又说:
你知道吗？你站的高度决定了你的目光深浅，这片沼泽地多么辽阔多么美丽啊，你总呆在这里，错过了多少美好？

芦苇沉默。

白鹭说: 
这样吧，我可以带你到天上走一趟，你肯定能看到这辈子没见过的东西。
到时你会感谢我的。

芦苇摇摇头。

白鹭说:  
你这固执的芦苇！你咋不上天呢？
好吧，那你就永远做一只井底之蛙吧！
说完便扬起翅膀飞走了。

芦苇抬起头，目送白鹭，看着他越飞越高，然后消失在夕阳的逆光里。

虽然没有翅膀，但我不自卑。
我是一根有思想的芦苇。

连根拔起就为了在高处看一眼大地？
