[ESP-ING] RECETA DE VAINITAS ALIÑADAS CON VEGETALES // RECIPE OF VANITAS ALIGNED WITH VEGETABLES
Hola mi hermosa comunidad de Steem Foods. Hoy les voy a dar la receta de las Vainitas aliñadas con Vegetales.

Hace unos días estuve en un mercadito local de verduras y me encontré unas vainitas tan frescas que no puede resistir traerme unas a casa.

Estaba pensando en formas de prepararla, hasta que recordé esta receta de los cuadernos de receta que me dio mi mama, tan rica y fácil de preparar y así aprovecho de darle un cariñito a mi familia.

Las vainitas, también se conocen como judías verdes, habichuelas, ejotes, chauchas y otros nombres más, son muy utilizadas en ensaladas; en Venezuela podemos agregarla picadita a la ensalada rusa o la ensalada de gallina navideña.

También es frecuente hacerlas hervidas o al vapor, pero de allí que mucha gente piense que son blandengues, de esas comidas terribles que te hace tu mamá con aquello de que es saludable, porque quién se va a sorprender con unas vainitas hervidas?
Ya sabemos hasta el cansancio que los vegetales y verduras son fuentes importantes de nutrientes para nuestro organismo; en el caso de las vainitas (judías verdes, ejotes o como les llamemos en nuestros respectivos países) aportan ácido fólico, vitamina C,  vitamina K, hierro, contiene fibra, muy importante para el tracto digestivo pues combate el estreñimiento y además son bajas en calorías.
INGREDIENTES:
1.	Vainitas.
2.	Cebolla.
3.	Aji dulce.
4.	Cebollin.
5.	Ajo porro.
6.	Tomate.
7.	Celery.
8.	Perejil.
9.	Sal al gusto.

PREPARACION:
Se cortan las puntas de las vainitas, luego se ponen a hervir un poquito que queden al dente, es decir, crocante.

Se sacan de la olla se dejan enfriar para contarlas en pedacitos pequeños, tamaño bocado.
Luego se pican los vegetales.

Después de picar los vegetales se sofríen con un poco de aceite, cuando estén dorados se le agregan las vainitas para que agarren el sabor de los vegetales,  después al final el perejil picadito, le colocamos sal al gusto y listo quedan súper deliciosas y saludables.

 A few days ago I was in a local vegetable market and I found some green beans so fresh that I can't resist bringing some home.

 I was thinking of ways to prepare it, until I remembered this recipe from the recipe notebooks that my mother gave me, so delicious and easy to prepare and so I take the opportunity to give my family a little love.

 Green beans, also known as green beans, kidney beans, green beans, green beans and other names, are widely used in salads; in Venezuela we can add it minced to the Russian salad or the Christmas chicken salad.

 PREPARATION:
 Cut the tips of the beans, then boil a little so that they remain al dente, that is, crispy.

 They are removed from the pot and allowed to cool to count them in small, bite-size pieces. The vegetables are then chopped.

 After chopping the vegetables, they are sautéed with a little oil, when they are golden brown, the green beans are added to catch the flavor of the vegetables, then at the end the minced parsley, we add salt to taste and they are all super delicious and healthy.
