Creating a Peaceful Life - Three Principles Approach - Part 2

I went to a beautiful gathering last month. It was about the approach of the three principles and there were a lot of people there sharing their experience with this approach.

The approach is not really a technique. There are no tools. Its a way of looking at the nature of life including the nature of how we get to feel what we feel.

It is based on the idea that we have an innate sense of wellbeing and challenges the traditional model of therapy.
