হ্যালো বন্ধুরা কেমন আছো তোমরা সবাই আশা করি ভালো আছো। আজকে আমি টমেটো বিভিন্ন গুনাগুন সম্পর্কে সংক্ষেপে আলোচনা করব । একটু মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়বেন এগুলা অনেক উপকারী ।

আমাদের বাসা বাড়িতে বিভিন্ন ধরনের আয়োজনে , সব সময় সালাত হবে আমরা টমেটো ব্যবহার করি । এক্ষেত্রে টমেটোর কোন জুড়ি নেই । বিশেষ করে আমরা এটাকে সালাত হিসেবে ব্যবহার করি।

টমেটোতে আছে প্রাকৃতিক এন্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট যা আমাদের রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করে এবং লাইক পিন নামক এক ধরনের উপাদান থাকে যেগুলা সাধারণত ক্যান্সার,টিউমার এই ধরনের কোষগুলো ধংস করে।

টমেটোতে প্রচুর পরিমাণে পটাশিয়াম থাকে এগুলা কিডনি এর সামান্য ক্ষতি করে এজন্য লিভার রোগীদের বেশি পরিমাণে না খাওয়াই ঠিক।

পেতে রয়েছে বিপুল পরিমাণ ভিটামিন -এ এবং ভিটামিন-সি যেগুলা আমাদের ত্বকের প্রচন্ড উপকার সাধন করে এবং দেহকে সুস্থ রাখে এবং রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করে।টমেটোতে রয়েছে লাইকোপিন যার ফলে প্রটেস্ট ক্যান্সার এবং অগ্নাশয় ক্যান্সার এর ঝুঁকি কমে যায়। এছাড়াও টমেটো আমাদের দৃষ্টি শক্তি বৃদ্ধি করে । টমেটোতে রয়েছে দৃষ্টিশক্তি বৃদ্ধির জন্য ভিটামিন-এ টমেটো রক্ত স্বাভাবিক রাখে রক্ত জমাট বাঁধতে সাহায্য করে।

টমেটোতে মিনারেল উপস্থিত থাকায় শরীরে রক্তচাপ এবং কোলেস্টেরল ঠিক মাত্রায় থাকে । এটা নিয়মিত খেলে আমাদের দৃষ্টিশক্তি প্রখর হয় এবং রাতকানা রোগ দূর করে ।টমেটোতে ভিটামিন-এ থাকায় ঠান্ডা ইত্যাদি রোগ প্রতিরোধ করে । এটা খুবই উপকারী আমাদের হাড়ের গঠন এর জন্য উপকারী , কারণ এতে ক্যালসিয়াম রয়েছে
