How many live today forgotten about themselves, or without even knowing each other? The Bible, according to this verse, is a mirror. And what is a mirror for? To see our face and know how we are. Just as the mirror reflects our face, the Bible tells us how we really are, with the difference that, while the mirror reflects our exterior appearance, the Word of God reflects our inner being.

And just as people have different attitudes in front of the mirror, there are also different attitudes towards the word of God.

The Bible also acts like a magnifying glass, giving us a close view of two images. First, and most importantly, it reflects the glory of the Lord in the same way that a giant magnifying glass allows astronomers to see objects in the sky through a telescope.

Stars that are barely perceptible to the naked eye due to their physical distance from the earth are seen closer through the lenses of the huge mirror. In a similar way, the Word of God, which is "very close to you", offers us a direct look at God, who lives in other spheres of heaven and who, therefore, is practically distant from us.

As you discover and examine the information in the Bible, it will present to you the truth about God: what He is about personality, character, and activity.

The mirror of the Bible has no distortions or distortions. It is completely smooth and perfectly formed to reflect an exact image of God. The contorted image that many people have of God comes from their own impressions, not from the pages of the Bible.
