When possible, put yourself in a different environment where you can really be focused on what is happening around you. Be Aware of your Breath. -----I left the city. I choose this place. It´s an extreme situation. I can compare it at my experience diving with Sharks in Bahamas. Why? Because i am finally Breathing again. When i was looking at the eyes those sharks, i was actually looking inside myself. Sit on the Ocean´s Soft Bottom...Peacefull. I am now sit on woods and sorrounded by Huge Eagles and Roosters wake me up every morning at 6.... i love it! Introspective. My naturalmedicine. Let´s Breath!
