Remember. A remembrance of something from earlier in time. So how far back can you remember? I do remember being in a diaper and I had just did a number 2 and felt how uncomfortable that was.

I told this to a friend and she didn't believe me. I asked her how far back could she remember? She told me she couldn't say, but she thought that it would be impossible for me to remember being in diapers.

How old was I at that time, I don't know? I just know that it did happen that way as I remember it.

Other things I can remember is our first dog. One time my dad got mad at me and told me to go sleep outside with the dog in the dog house. So I went with my pillow and slept with the dog.

Well, until my mom went and got me and told me I had to sleep in my bed.

I remember that my dad told me that he would mix dichondra and Kentucky blue grass seeds to plant his lawn at a certain house that we lived at.

The thing was, that the mailman asked me what fertilizer did my dad used to get the lawn the color it was. Well, dad sure did know how to mix his grass seeds.

I do remember as a kid, ordering stuff from the Bazooka bubble gum comics. I remember ordering a small microscope, I would go to the mail box everyday to see if it came yet. I didn't think of the days to get there, then the days to get back to me.

It did eventually come. It was small, but it actually worked. Well, it was a cheap toy, but it did work.

I remember my mom baking bread. I would always ask, Is it done yet? My mom would tell me to go outside and ride my bike. Well, I would do that, then I would come back in and ask, Is it done yet? 

Little did I know that bread has to be done its certain stages and time to me seemed long, but was it really that long? I would eventually get to eat some of mom's fresh baked bread. I thought it was the best. A lot better then the store bought bread.

So I remember stuff from my youth and that is good as I get to share some of my memories.

Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, with Jesus speaking, Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Matthew 11:29.
