Interesting.. It looks like the camera is making the overall better picture.. It appears sharper in far more parts of the picture while the p20 is only sharp in the focused area.. But if not for a macro specific macro picture the mobilephone seems to be not to bad at all.. If aiming for macros I would definitely choose the proper camera, but the mobile seems to be a great allrounder nowadays ^^

Indeed @adalger! Overall, with de Canon camera the greater number of focus points and the use of analog zoom allow a more sharper image... A higher quality image, in general. However, nowadays the best smartphones cameras take very acceptable photos, which will make ordinary users very happy, being very useful for spontaneous use on a daily basis. Cheers!
