Up at five today, but I fell asleep early the night before and so had almost a full night of sleep (only fifteen minutes shy).

Usual routine was relatively uneventful.  Bitcoin on a pullback, so there’s a nice opportunity for the STEEM ratio to rise, but so far it seems to be holding or falling (1800-1900 sats). 😡  I’m sitting on three weeks worth of powerdowns now...don’t like it!

Got my post done and scheduled before we went out.  I really like that feature of Peakd, that we can schedule posts, meant I didn’t have to think or worry about it while we were walking.

We went and picked up Lady and headed out for our weekly hike in the woods.  We scored the #AutomaticWin and #TripleTen!! 💪🏆  That’s a sixteen day #AutomaticWin streak, baby!  Going to be hard to match.

Another wintery day today.  We got rained on, but only like five drops right at the beginning (it rained hard later in the day).

The doggies got to run off the leash again.  Lady is always well behaved, but Dude was amazing this time!  He listened every time we called him and he didn’t once ignore us, even though it’s clear that he’s getting the scent of squirrels and chipmunks and stuff. 😄👏

The trilliums are starting to bloom now.  These are very rare flowers, but they seem to live the woods here, there’s tons of them.

This one had a racing stripe...some type of mutation or hybridation I suppose.  Got a twofer as well! 🤗

Found another painted rock way out in the middle of nowhere...weird how such a little thing can be so fun.

By the end, the sun was coming out a bit and we warmed up.  Both of us took the hats off.

There was a HUGE dead tree along the part of the path that becomes the road.  Not sure if they’re going to take it down or what...kinda’ dangerous.

Almost immediately after we got back, we headed into town to do our grocery shopping.  Still no toilet paper!! 😟😢🤬

Today was Mother’s Day, so we picked my Mom up a couple of little potted plants and I took them over to her once we got back...sort of just passed them through the door, she’s still on lockdown.

For the rest of the day we were just around the house.  Folded up and put away the laundry that the wifey did, and putzed around.

In the evening @wenchebakken made pork chops and baked potatoes and we started binging Dead to Me.  I think we blasted through most of the first season (the second season just came out).  It’s a little more “drama” than suits my tastes, but I’m enjoying it so far.

Stayed up fairly late watching, actually, so a nice, long Sunday and another #DoubleDay in the books. 😀

Again, an easy day in the dCity.  Still no new stuff, but getting close to being able to afford at least a basic home or something.

Alright!  I actually got all my Holybread tasks done today!!!  Woot! 🥳. I had two items break today and had to repair and it was time to renew my potions as well, but I have plenty of breadcrumbs saved.

Today I got Lyanna’s Call (Earth Splinter) for my Splinterlands quest.  Once again I came close (though not as close as yesterday) to Diamond I and then lost back below where I started for the day. 🤬  there’s only like three days left in the season...starting to get a bit nervous that I won’t make it this time.
