September 27, 19: Still Being Sick and Working on the Dishwasher

Between being sick and the rain, didn’t get out for a walk today. 😢. First day in quite a while...so no maps or anything today.  Didn’t even break ten thousand...man, I want to do some laps around the house, but I just don’t feel up to it.

Spent the day doing usual chores and stuff and trying to fix the dishwasher.

I got the whole front two panels off and disconnected the wiring harness.

I was able to track down the wiring schematic (thank goodness for the internet) and would you know...they aren’t wired in parallel, like would be reasonable.  Nope, pin 1 to 1, 6 to 2, 3 to 4, 4 to 5, and 5 to 6.

Almost gave up on it, but wasn’t able to find just that piece alone...would have had to buy the entire harness.

So I went down the basement and dug out one of my bags of old computer wire...see, I’m not a hoarder, I’m a forethinker...

Trying to splice the wires all back together.  Hoping and praying that it works once I get it back together again!
