Hoy les traigo una de las comidas mas tipicas de la isla. Unas deliciosas empanadas de pescado. Solo nos hace falta de fondo el mar.

Comenzamos preparando el pescado.
- pescado (atún)
- cebolla.
- aji.
- sal.
- aceite.
- pimienta.

Para hacer la masa de las empanadas necesitamos:

- ***To make the dough for the empanadas we need:***

- harina de maíz.
- harina de trigo.
- sal.
- azúcar.
- agua.

- cornmeal.
- wheat flour.
- Salt.
- sugar.
- Water. 

Esta vez no doy medidas exactas, ya que mi mamá hace todo al ojo por ciento y ella es la encargada de hacer las empanadas por muchos años ella vendió muchas empanadas.

Luego de que tenemos la masa lista la vamos estirando para hacer las empanadas. Mi mamá se acostumbro a hacer dos empanadas al mismo tiempo.

Las relleno con el pescado que hicimos anteriormente.

Cuando estamos haciendo las empanadas colocamos el aceite a calentar para luego colocar las empanadas aquí.

Así vamos cocinando nuestras empanadas.
