Live by the Word, and prosperity will come. I have no compassion for those who can work, but don’t work, and complain about it.
If you think “God is love” means you can live like the devil and go to heaven, look at the Cross. The loving God put His own Son to die on the Cross. If He judged His Son, then He will assuredly judge you and me for our actions. It is going to happen. But we have the confidence that if we trust in Jesus Christ and declare Him as our Savior, God doesn’t look at us and see our sin. He sees Jesus Christ standing in our place, and He forgives us totally, because of the work of Jesus Christ at Calvary.
“He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.”
Ps 91:15
There are many kinds of tribulation and problems besetting us, unlike war times during ancient days..we have but all these worries of all kinds can be devastating in varying degrees. It can be eternal death, physical death, sicknesses, pain, enemies attacks, problems in life..etc. All these can be terrifying and so, Let's pray, We cry and turn to Our Abba God as He promise in His Word He will answer us in our urgency to deliver us and save us and help us with His righteous Right Hand.
"Call on The Lord Who is mighty to save" us from all ways and Who will definitely relieve us.
So, Pray, " If we are troubled, don't give ourselves to worry." because as we call upon The Lord..He is mighty to save and... SURE to save..we thank Him from all that's within us.
Don't forget the very first line from Psalm 91 that says, "He who dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty...." It would follow that IF you will choose to dwell in the secret place of the most high (being in His presence...thinking of Him....learning of Him....etc.) and are in His shadow, THEN all the other promises there thru verse 16 will follow.
Take a moment to pray this prayer:
"Lord Jesus, because You love me, You have provided everything I need through the cross. I have Your abundant life. I have Your divine health, and I have Your unmerited favor. I thank You for Your victory to reign over every area of my life, and I receive every blessing You have for me today. Amen."
