<p><strong>These are chicken meats. I bought a 2.3 kg chicken from the market today morning and brought it home. After bringing it home I first heat some water to lift the chicken fur. However, the water should be heated in such a way that the chicken fur can be lifted normally because many times when the water gets too hot, the meat can be boiled and then the flesh will come off along with the fur. However, when the water became hot, I dipped the chicken in the water and stirred it for a while to soften the fur. When the hair follicles become soft, I take them out of the water and clean them thoroughly and wash them with cold water. I then cut the chicken into pieces and separate the meat and after cutting again clean it well with cold water and cover it in a container.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Then I cut 3-4 medium sized potatoes and peel the onion, garlic and ginger. Then I put the peeled onion, garlic and ginger in a mixer and paste it. In the same way I put cumin, pepper, cloves, cinnamon and dried chilli in a mixer and paste.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Then I put the cut and covered meat in the pan and put all the spices on the meat. I add salt, oil and turmeric to taste. Then mix it all together with the meat. Then I put the pan on the stove to tanned the meat. Then I move the meat a little at a time when it is tanned because when the meat is tanned, the spices stick to the pan and the spices are likely to burn. The meat should be stirred in this way till the meat is well tanned. However, when the meat is well tanned, I lightly reduce the heat and add water. After watering, light the oven a little more and cover it with another pot for a while to keep the meat cooked completely. After a while, when the meats are fully cooked, I turn off the oven and put the meats down. The chicken is very tasty to eat. It tastes great to eat with chicken rice broth with white rice.</strong></p>
