### Hello friends of fresh air and tired feet.
When I went to the hairdresser for the first time in a long time in Germany 18 months ago and left the store after a bad job and 35 euros less in my pocket, I opted for the DIY haircut "polished plate".
Now it's time to switch to the variant" sparingly seeded short lawn" to give the scalp an illusion of protection from the sun in the tropics.
So it takes another master of hair art and I set out. Found I in the neighboring village a master of the guild, which however and fortunately had closed. 
Fortunately? Well, her name is Rosalinde and who lets himself cut the hair of a woman with this name? Not me, in any case. With this name, the first thing that comes to mind is the classic pot cut and that does not fit my vanity.
 Also, I was horrified to see the new edging of the village stream there and immediately associated it with a haircut, square, practical, fits.

Also braucht es einen anderen Meister der Haarkunst und ich machte mich auf den Weg. Gefunden habe ich im Nachbardorf einen Meisterin der Zunft, die jedoch und zum Glück geschlossen hatte. 
Zum Glück? Nun, sie heißt Rosalinde und wer lässt sich die Haare von einer Frau mit diesem Namen schneiden? Ich jedenfalls nicht. Bei diesem Namen fällt mir als erstes der klassische Topfschnitt ein und der passt nun mal nicht zu meiner Eitelkeit.
 Außerdem habe ich dort entsetzt die neue Einfassung des Dorfbach gesehen und diese sofort mit einem Haarschnitt, quadratisch, praktisch, passt, assoziiert.

Anyway, it was a nice way to get there and back. And that's the main thing, isn't it?
*PS. With some terms I never know which translation is the appropriate one. What do you call this little river in English?
Also otherwise I would always be happy about (well-intentioned) linguistic corrections.*
