We need unity, a focus on promotion that will bring us new positions in branding, Steemit is becoming dominant in the world of blockchain blogging. I have never been the best, I have always been the one who wants to support the best, to create a value system that everyone will recognize. Many delegates their Steem Power, and it’s much better than doing Power Down, it’s important that we all together help keep the Steem value Growing. The first Steem well is coming soon - handmade by my neighbor, it will be a new creation that promotes Steem. Fame, wealth, freedom, happiness, and success. We have everything in one place, we have a professional Steemi team, we have the mentorship of the owner of Tron @justinsunsteemit, we have real community leaders, great promotions, a few more steps that separate us from raising Steem value to the stars. We have all the arguments on our side, Steem is the first coin for social networks, we have not reached the maximum potential in the existing system, we have unlimited potential for development and innovation, we have the best position for growth. We need a little more cooperation, now we have a lot of Contest who are in different communities, there are users who go from Contest to Contest to make money, a rule should be introduced that those who do Power Down cannot win a prize (I have introduced it in all my Contests). We need synergy to share ideas and projects, with independent projects we have seen in the history of Steemit that Steem has experienced a decline, lost its value because everyone has pulled to their side, to their applications, instead of bringing new users and investors to Steemit. In the past, there was a tendency for app owners to reward users with SP, and in return, they got back Steem for shopping in their apps, a great idea but it didn’t contribute to Steem development. Every innovation should increase the Steem value, so it is important that the essence of every project is to bring in new users, new investors, new popular people.

We have experience and now we know a lot of mistakes, we grow on failures, it is a springboard for progress. A sincere competition of communities to be in trend motivates individuals and teams to give their maximum, we should add another bridge for communication and cooperation between all leaders, maybe it is good that the Steemit Team organizes regular meetings of leaders at a discord channel. When users complain about getting small earnings, I honestly wonder what they did to get big earnings on the post? When I say we need to be active, it’s not just writing posts, we need to write great posts, original, we need to communicate and help other users, we need to actively participate and support the right principles of Steem success. 

Life today is not easy, everyone needs money, people are dying, losing jobs, companies are failing, true leaders are showing courage now when it is most needed. I can look at it two ways, 10 days ago I had $ 260,000 in my account, now I have $ 160,000, Steem value has dropped. Someone made $ 10 on posts last week, someone $ 100, someone $ 1,000, and more, everyone thinks that users with a big SP make great money, yes that's right, but look how much we lost in just 10 days! That is why those who have not invested money in Steem Power cannot understand those who have invested, responsibility and feelings are completely different. @ steemucurator01 had much stronger voting power, now he can help much less than ten days ago. Everyone who promotes Steem on social networks should promote SP, earnings for investors, because if users come only to earn, Steem value will fall, and then all small users will lose motivation to write because they will not have earnings. Now is the best time to invest in Steem, we all together have a great opportunity to progress, to create a better and more modern Steem Universe.
