<div class="text-justify"> An idea and a creative project are not enough, because if you do not have a strong enough threshold of emotional strength, then everything can collapse when you encounter a little stronger problems. The biggest problem for successful entrepreneurship is courage, for everything you do you have competition and many enemies who will want to stop your progress. People usually react immediately after a problem, the point is to be wise and to understand the principle - stimulus - pause - reaction because when we make decisions in anger we often make mistakes. Quick decisions are necessary but not hasty decisions that lead us into the abyss, proper decision making consists of experience, knowledge, and intuition. Whenever you start a project you will see how the human ego and the desire for control at all levels begin to overwhelm a person, at first they are satisfied with a possible reward, and when they see a little more money then suddenly everyone becomes very smart and wants to take everything for themselves. 
There is a way to go through all the stages and be a great entrepreneur, manager, and company, the point is that you never lose control of the main things, never accept people who do not have a good character. Most important of all is to be brave and learn from your mistakes, to move forward and create your future.

An idea that is not realized in the beginning becomes obsolete, it simply evaporates. The big problem with ideas is that a small number of them become reality. Steemit and Steem blockchain is a realistic project and people really make a lot of money if they are investors and if they do great promotions. The virtue is to go through difficult situations and get to the top, it is not a path that is easy but it is a path that will teach us how to achieve success in life and how to help others become successful.
