 Hi Steemian. Good evening from us in Aceh. Have you seen cooking in a large skillet like this? This typical Aceh cuisine, an area at the tip of Sumatra Island, is named this dish by the name of Kuah Beulangong. The name is certainly in the language of Aceh. Kuah Beulangong is Aceh Rayeuk specialties. This area is located on the coast of Aceh. Kuah Beulangong gravy cooked in a large cauldron. Kuah Beulangong contents are meat mixed with jackfruit and banana and other spices that grow in the mountains of Aceh. The cooking process itself, takes a long time and it takes a special chef who understands mixed seasonings to be delicious. In the past, Kuah Beulangong cuisine, only on the anniversary of the big days in Aceh, such as the mawlid of the Prophet Muhammad, as well as other religious commemoration. Or at the wedding. A number of adult men will work together to cook Kuah Beulangong. This tradition takes place in Aceh. They do this with pleasure. One of them, like in my village. This morning, we gathered Kuah Beulangong to enliven the feast of one of our villagers. These plates are then distributed to all invitations and villagers. #ksab
