Meine Actifit-Report-Card: April 2 2020

Today some steps on the work have gathered again. 
Many run ways have catapulted my step counter today on more than 16000.
And of course I have also made some sport. Not a lot, but at least a little bit. In the morning to 3 x 30 push-ups and in the afternoon some running. And of course I was on the move with the dog.

Heute sind wieder einige Schritte auf der Arbeit zusammen gekommen. 
Viele Laufwege haben meinen Schrittzähler heute auf über 16000 katapultiert.
Und natürlich habe ich auch etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen 3 x 30 Liegestützen und am Nachmittag etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich mit dem Hund unterwegs.
